Overview of Individual and Family Plans

With  two health care plan options, Sound Harbor Essential and Sound Harbor Classic, we are confident you will find a plan that fits the health care needs and the budget of you and your family.

• Sound Harbor Elite - Comprehensive PPO coverage with a $1,000 deductible per person. Coverage includes maternity, prescription drugs, acupuncture, spinal and extremity manipulation, mental health, and massage therapy. The deductible is waived for preventive care.
• Essential Plus - A catastrophic PPO Plan that provides coverage for major medical events as well as 100% coverage for the first three office visits after a $30 per visit copay within the calendar year. In addition, the deductible is waived for preventive care. This plan also includes generic prescription drug coverage.
• Sound Harbor Essential Five - Catastrophic PPO Plans with a choice of deductible and coverage for major medical events. The deductible is waived for routine physical exams, mammography and prostate cancer screening. Included at no cost to you is our Pharmacy Discount Program that allows you to receive a discount at the time you purchase your prescription drugs. Worried about a high deductible? KPS will waive your deductible in the event of an accidental injury.
• The Healthy Investor™ Plans - plans offer lower premiums and a chance for you to take charge of your health care spending through wise use of a Health Savings Account (HSA). With the Healthy Investor ™ you can choose between a plan with prescription drug coverage or one with our Pharmacy Discount Program. This program will allow you to receive a discount at the time you purchase your prescription drugs; however, the overall savings may vary depending on the drug.
