Sound
Harbor Classic
The Classic plan offers comprehensive coverage with a $500
deductible per person and $1,500 per family. It provides a
generous prescription plan, maternity coverage, preventive
care, chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture and vision
care including corrective hardware.
Catastrophic
Plans
This plan offers catastrophic-type coverage. There are three
deductible options ranging from $1,500 to $5,000. Coverage
includes preventive care (including an annual eye exam!),
chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture and prescription
discounts.
